Short black shoes that fit snugly to the wearers feet.
These shoes impart a magical power to their wearer; once per day, on command, the wearer of these shoes can transform into lightning. They move in a straight line up to 60' long. Anyone they pass through takes damage as per the spell "Lightning Bolt", up to a certain maximum of damage.
The wearer must be careful, for if they lightning leap into too solid of an object, they will be knocked out of lightning form, and stunned by the sudden collision.
