Personal history
Samo is Vigo's brother; in a rare chance event, both he and Vigo died at the same time in their first life, and arrived at Synthacrosia together, at the same time.
In their life, they'd work as a team, always going together on every trip and every job. Their country was suffering a drought and famine, and they attempted to leave it for better lands, but their ship was lost at sea.
Samo is the more cynical brother of the two, and always handled the money and business side of things. Has never fallen in the cursed river.

Was a boat owner, and used it to ship goods to and from Beachcastle . Would sometimes take people out on fishing trips on The Spillway
