Anatomy

A horrible result of an alchemists insane experimentation on a captured Lamia . The creatures base desires are all stripped away except for an insatiable hunger.
Massive, nearly 15' in all dimensions, and consisting almost entirely of fat, Hungerers are difficult creatures to take down.
Often found to be alchemically enhanced with odd artifacts embedded into their skin.
