Issoropeia Honor Guard
The IHG was formed in the early days of the The Universal Nonaligned Assembly as a special branch aimed at the security and defense of Issoropeia Station and the delegation, and was the Assembly's first law enforcement arm. While perhaps it was once a clean and incorruptible force, these days the Honor Guard acts more like the Assembly's privatized military, particularly for certain members of the The Nationalists. In addition, the booming trade of Issoropeia Station quickly turned the IHG from personal bodyguards to border patrol personnel, nabbing smugglers and petty thieves rather than assassins and enemies of the peace, which gained them their shorthand colloquial name among those of ill-repute: Izzos. The fact that vocalizing the Honor Guard acronym phonetically produces a retching noise hasn't helped their public image, either.
