Lahoskade

The Lahoskade (dwarven tongue for rotten pest) is a rare monster which sometimes inhabits water sources, contaminating it and making the water unsafe to consume. It lives in the water, moving fast and eating water lives there or near the water source. Drinking the water poisons the body of the victim and evokes the Sinrutto, a deadly disease.
The monster itself looks like blue blob of slime with a dreadful face. Ten eyes track his victim, while it its his prey with a mouth full of sharp teeth. If one can kill the lahoskade, it is advised to burn the remains of the slime as it is documented that the corpse of the monster can regain life even weeks after it was slayen. If during the fight one is bitten, a immediate treatment of the wound with paste of Sinninvaist should be performed or else the victim runs the risk of contracting the blue plague himself.
