Magic Storage - Personal

Everyone in Suveon has the potential to use magic if they are exposed to it. Anyone living within or around a Ley Loop is able to access the structured magic. The only exception to that seems to be children. It is believed that the structured magic helps a child's body to grow and mature more quickly so most children cannot access magic because their body is already doing so. The fact that children living full-time within or around a Ley Loop reach maturity two to three years earlier than their counterparts who live in mundane lands seems to back this up.

A person who has been on a Ley Loop has a limited capacity to store magic for use in mundane areas. This stored magic will stay with the individual until it is used, however long that takes. It is believed that the potential is stored within the bones of the individual. A person needs to be in a Ley Loop (or other high-magic area) for at least eight hours to completely charge.
