Ley Loops

Within a SkyBridge a constant stream of magic flows in a never-ending circuit. The magic is structured and strong. A portion of the magic is used to maintain the SkyBridge and the SkyLand in their current positions. Additionally, some of the magic seeps out into the lands near it, collecting in the earth, plants, creatures, and peoples who are there. The further one moves away from a Ley Loop, the less magical power is available. Many people will charge up collecting devices when they are at a Ley Loop so that they will have magical energy available to them in magic-poor areas.   Though they are called Ley Loops, the magically affected area is actually in the form of a thick disc. The disc is slightly thicker than the diameter of the SkyLand and encompasses the whole of the the SkyLand, SkyBridge, and the lands below them. Additionally, the magic extends 50 feet (15 m) above the surface of the SkyLand and the SkyBridge.
