Brown Beard The Sponge

Brown Beard is a legendary pirate, known for his extravagance and his drinking problem.

The Sponge of the seas

He is nicknamed The Sponge because he never stopped drinking alcohol. He was soaked like a sponge from day to night. It was his real problem because he had crazy ideas. He had a large fleet and brought back a lot of treasure but he was paranoid because of the drink. He hid treasure chests everywhere and gave cards to a different crew member for "security". But one day he had the craziest idea ever.

The Heart of the sea

He heard about a precious and powerful artifact hidden somewhere in the oceans. He then set out to find him and launched his crew to attack any underwater structures of any kind. He lost a large part of his crew during searches. Boats sank in storms or were attacked. Today, wrecks can still be found on his ships or crew members who have become Drowned after their death.

By dint of seeing their comrades die, his crew was plotting and looking for the right moment to carry out a mutiny. But one day, when everything seemed lost, a track led them to a temple of the sea. This gigantic structure was supposed to keep an invaluable treasure.

After several hours of searching, the sailors came up with a gemstone casket and inside, was the coveted artifact: the Heart of the sea. The heart is supposedly an element of power that must be combined with pieces of Nautilus shells to obtain a kind of beacon that would give special powers. Unfortunately, Brown Beard did not have the leisure to use it because, while returning, his ship sank during a storm and carried with him the heart and its secrets.
