Personal history
Isaac was best friends with Nathan, as there was only a few Native Americans in their town. Isaac thought it might be weird seeing as the two Native kids just happened to become friends, but they happened to like the same stuff so he let it go. Nathan liked science because his brother Abel was a literal genius, and was incredibly well known in certain circles. Isaac loved that and spent whatever time he could around the brothers to learn from and experiment with them.
Isaac and Nathan were there when Abel was contacted by Morcana to grow her a body, he had never seen Abel so excited since he met him. He didn't see how Abel did it, but he did get to meet Morcana. A living breathing magic wielding Orc, he couldn't believe his eyes. Isaac loved fantasy almost as much as he loved science, and watching a character come to life in front of him floored him. Even though he preferred elves more than orcs, it didn't matter to him. The fact that it was a reality was all he needed.
Over the next few years Isaac became kind of obsessed with becoming like Abel, to the point where it strained the friendship between him and Nathan. They didn't hang out much anymore, and when Isaac became Abel's assistant Nathan almost never came around. Isaac really wanted to make his own version of Morcana, so once Abel left the lab for enough time he used the machine to one. He succeeded, but the elf girl came out mindless. She could move and do things, but there was no sense of will or purpose behind her. She was useless to him, and so Isaac's fantasies took over. The dreams and thoughts he had overwhelmed him and he had his way with her. He didn't stop there, he found a few people online who would pay for the opportunity as well.
She started degrading though, something he hadn't done right. Before he could try to fix it Abel came in and caught him. He could tell how by how the girl was dressed something was off. He was furious with Isaac, and reported it to the group who helped build Morcana. They questioned Abel's judgement wondering if he took part in this, and needed time to question him to see if he was able to continue working with them. Abel fired and barred Isaac from entering the lab. Isaac had a backup plan, he setup Nathan to get mugged and when Abel left he had a team break in and steal all the equipment he needed.
