Her skin is smoother and could barely be considered skin now, Her waist is smaller and her but is bigger but more pointed.
Facial Features
She has lost all hair and now wears wigs to pass as human when she needs to. Her eyes look bigger and are completely dilated. She has antennas and a mandible that can hide in her mouth.

Personal history
Antoinette was 17 when she got sick, and it couldn't have come at a worse time. She had just got accepted into college, she met a guy on the campus tour, and she would legally free of her overbearing mother. Just as life set her up nicely, it knocked her right back down. The thing about her illness is that doctors could figure out what it was, she spent a year getting progressively worse. She had insisted that they keep trying, she didn't want her life going to waste.
Her mother however couldn't financially keep up with the treatments, and didn't want to admit it. So she suggested the doctors weren't doing anything, and found a homeopathic doctor who claimed they could heal her. Antoinette didn't want this but no longer had the strength to argue. At least she'd be at home with her ants, Antionette unknowingly had powers. She had a connection with ants, her body gave off the scent and sound of a Queen Ant, and so ants always came around her. While she was at home with her ants, the alternative doctor had a special cure that worked for most people. Two dark crystals apparently smuggled from Africa that made the body stronger than ever. She broke down the crystal until it was dust and poured it in Antionette's drink. After a couple days she did feel a lot better, but it wouldn't stick.
The magic stones she drank were petrified frozen Nola Cola, which the doctor bought off some shady characters selling miracle cures. Antoinette had a 50% chance to get enhanced powers and most likely become a superhero, or things were going to get a lot worse. Luck was not on her side that day, as her mind and body reformed into a more ant like creature. She became hyper focused on her children and building a colony for her own. She became stronger and less human, seeing people as an obstacle to her new life goal.
