Personal history
After developing a tumor on his stomach in high school, Ishaan should've had a routine procedure to get rid of it. But instead of operating, he was referred to an extremely expensive hospital that waived all fees for the procedure. He spent a week under the knife while his parents had almost no information about it. They were attempting to grow a functional human out of the tumor, an attempt at cloning.
When they woke him back up he was very quiet, almost mute. When he did speak they thought he was telepathic because he wasn't moving his mouth. Until he lifted his shirt, and the still present tumor began speaking. His stomach opened like a mouth, teeth and all. It became clear he was a separate personality, and Ishaan had now became a backseat driver in his own body. Whatever experiments they had done, had activated his Nola Gene and triggered this transformation in his body.
The tumor constantly ate and grew massively in size, and Ishaan's body would take on the same density and structure of whatever the tumor ate. Eventually the tumor named itself after hearing Ishaan's parent talking about him, calling itself O-Beast. After a period of adjusting to it's newfound agency, O-Beast broke out and began eating whatever it wanted. Going on rampages destroying entire neighborhoods.
