- Super Strength - He is stronger than most gilas would be at his size, a gift from Dr. Nore.
- Acid Mouth - His bite is acidic melting whatever he bites. His spit is corrosive and breaks down metals.
- Climbing - Its sticky hands allow it to climb.
- Enhanced Senses - It can track prey using its tongue and nose far beyond its normal capacity.

Personal history
Gila was once a random man Dr. Nore plucked off of the street. Dr. Nore didn't even learn his name before he started experimenting on him. But the man experienced so much pain, he probably didn't remember it either. The experiments were brutal, changing his skin and his insides burned thanks to the mutations that caused new ones to grow in their place. His tongue shed itself off like snakeskin before a new popped in front of his face. That was the last thing Gila remembered when he still could be considered human. After that his whole body changed into that of a giant gila monster, with just enough sapience left to heed Dr. Nore's commands.
Gila was sent to take out Ducklord at every opportunity, with his brute strength, corrosive bite and spit. He has nearly ended Ducklords life on multiple occasions. When he's not trying to kill Ducklord he's out hunting or awaiting instructions from the doctor.
