Alastor Huxley was a generally kind guy, he volunteered, donated food and helped tutor people falling behind in school. There wasn't really anyone who could say a bad word about him. But it all really was a farce, he was a online troll. He constantly mocked the people he helped tutor anonymously. He swatted the center he volunteered at and would replace the labels of the food he donated so it would be thrown away. He had a terrible sense of humor and a mean streak for no reason other than liking the power he felt over others.
The only thing he was completely sincere about was his love for anime. He felt like him and the protagonists shared a drive to be the best. He frequently spoke about his thoughts about online with others in forums full of people just like him. When he was contacted by someone who promised to help achieve his dreams. He flew to japan to met this person, and was surprised when he met Red Raiden. But he couldn't help smiling, knowing that he was really about to gain true power.
Red Raiden didn't need to kill anyone for his power this time. He just need to find the reincarnation of Fujin and transfer the power to Alastor. Then he'd kill the child so it couldn't be transferred back. But Star Swarm saved the kid and hid him away. They didn't give chase at the moment, the damage was done. Alastor was no more, he was now Fujin Buu.
