- Origin: During a spiritual retreat with friends, Aberforth Ruschik and his party were stranded on a mountain, long thought to be cursed. Days passed by after they ran out of food. His friends started dying to the harsh winter, but the rate at which they were dying was to fast to be normal. Aberforth's best friend was the next person who died. He heard odd sounds that night, and jumped to the conclusion his best friend was murdered to feed the teenage son of another member of the group. Who he caught eating his best friends corpse later that night. After seeing this he strangles the teen until he's unconscious, and takes him away where he kills and eats him as revenge. Everyone finds out and tries to stop him. He ends up killing them all, butchering and eating every single one until he's rescued. Any other mountain, if he had done this he might've gone unpunished, but the cursed mountain takes its price. They took that gamble going up, and that cost is a craving for human flesh. He's never stopped eating people, and every year he looks more grotesque and gains a bit more "fluff".

Personal history
Aberforth was a measured individual who lived in Washington D.C. He rarely let his emotions get the best of him, but he did enough around the people he trusted most, only close friends and family. He was tightly wound, and didn't allow anything to be out of his control, especially his physical appearance. He worked out rigorously, any hint of extra body fat caused him to workout for hours. He was convinced by his best friend to go on a mountain climbing trip in Russia, something that would help me relax and let loose once in a while.
