One of the survivors of the Genetic Experimentation conducting by the darker elements of SIVIC. A founding member of the new version of the Chaos Coalition. Usually called Frostbite by the press. Occasionally Frost King.
Ice powers. Had them before the experimentation, which made him more powerful but made what he had a lot more difficult to control. He actually made a hole in the ozone layer once, which had to be repaired, hence why Sparkler Bees are now a thing that exist.
Was adopted as an infant by Mr. and Mrs. Hecke.
