Chronometrical Abyss
The Psiaic Dimension wreaks havoc with one's sense of time and space, more so the longer one is within. There are very few places where one can hide from the negative effects, and the Chronometrical Abyss is one of them.
Don't ask me where to find it. I couldn't begin to guess how the geography of those planes work. But I do know the abyss exists, and something of what it does.
Time within doesn't operate in the standard way, precisely. It can be massively slowed compared to time on Earth, or sped up. The key is, the person within is able to operate in a sensible, chronological order for themselves, even if they may eventually emerge from the Psiaic Dimension entirely out of sync with where they once were. They will be sane, at least.
