Mukhtar Alham Burak

Mukhtar Alham Burak is the elderly town chief of Bralizzar. Mukhtar Burak is well-respected by the townspeople, and the Durpari Airlancers ensure that newcomers share that respect.
He has very little sense of humour, and wears a high-quality jewelled dagger in his sash. He is far too old and infirm to use it successfully, but has carried it for so many years that he could not even consider not wearing it. The sharp-eyed guards always within a few paces ensure that he will never need to draw it in anger.
