Formerly emaciated turned healthy, agile, fit and lithe.

Body Features

Like most Kenku, Siamo is small, lithe and avian in nature. She has raven black feathers, a short crest and impressively large tail feathers. By Kenku standards she is extremely attractive.

Facial Features

Siamo has bright blue eyes, a dark sharp beak and soft plumage. Her face is rather round and smooth.

Special abilities

As a Kenku, Siamo has the ability to mimic any sound she hears. She's used that many times throughout her life, and uses it to learn new languages quickly to include how to speak Sylvan. Siamo has recently discovered she can use magic as well.

Siamo wears a brown tunic dress with simple leather bandoleer. It has a reddish hood and sleeves with some filigree. Rather than shoes, she wears insulated wrappings around her legs and arm bands.

Personal history

"I used to think I was just another soul lost to the Collapse. Then I met you."

Abandoned as an egg in Mayora, Siamo was raised by nuns in an orphanage. They were strict though not cruel, and tried to force their beliefs upon her. She grew up to resent them, and often sneaked away for privacy or to explore the world. Being an orphan she was a social outcast, especially for a Kenku who' society revolves around family. Due to this, she was given the last name "Kakari" meaning "Lost One". Never adopted, Siamo spent most of her time in the orphanage hiding and being punished for misbehavior. She distinctly remembers the "Day The Snows Started" as she refers to it. That was the day Sersyl defeated Ummar, last of the gods. That day Siamo lost her faith in what the nuns had tried to make her believe, and she ran away soon after. Siamo wandered across the world, mostly keeping to the southern countries, taking any job she could to get by. She soon turned to thieving, a stereotype of her people she loathed to admit she was naturally predisposed to. Rejected by any other Kenku she met, Siamo had one friend in the world, an orange tabby cat she named Scratchy. Eventually she wound up in Snouz, where she was hired to steal a piece of the heating crystal in Relaz, capital of Chillan. Given no choice but death otherwise, she accepted the job. This lead to her meeting the Champions when they came into the city investigating, and though they spared her she was forced into exile from Snouz. She ended up in Lia, Soro, where once more she encountered the Champions. To her surprise, they showed mercy once more, and she even found herself falling for Helios Pyretail. After some time traveling with them, learning about her people's history and discovering music and magic; Siamo fell in love with Helios. Kenku are quick to love but mate forever, and Siamo is no exception. She's followed the Champions up from Lia, to Bear, across the plains of Mayora and high into the mystical mountains of Xil. At one point in Mayora, Siamo arrived at Sharpbeak where she met with her own people en mass for the first time in her life. She was initially rejected due to being Kakari, however after the arrival of the Champions and the reveal of Ashihote (the local god) being Sersyl, Siamo proved herself during her Rite of Passage in Castle Quorlinn. More importantly, she proved her worth to herself, and refused to change her last name as per tradition for a Kakari. Later, she and Helios agreed to marrying, and they both took on the last name "Scirocco" as it combines both fire and air, important aspects to the both of them. When her beloved lost an arm and a leg to cure a wendigo, Siamo had a crisis of faith and turned to Sersyl in desperation who agreed to healing Helios. This caused a rift between the two, though since then she's dedicated herself to strengthening her faith. Now, Siamo lives at the Dragon Disciple Temple dedicated to Isabel on Mt. Shang. Due to the changes in the world thanks to Sersyl, she's discovered it's possible to have hybrid children. A nervous, but excited new mother, Siamo has made herself a nest, and a home, among the Disciples and Champions.

Siamo was taught basic history and arithmetic at the orphanage she grew up in. Along with a basic education, she is an expert in sign language, which is one of the main Kenku languages. Recently she has become a bard apprentice beneath Oran Mothachaid.

Employment

Siamo has worked just about every odd job possible for a kenku of her strength and stature. From courier to thief, she's got more temporary work experience than most. Her primary method of employment however, until recent intervention, was thieving.

Religious Views

Despite being raised by nuns, Siamo for the most part viewed the gods as absent until discovering the truth. She struggled with the fact that her beloved is fighting the last god, and at one point even requested of Sersyl for their aid to heal Helios. Since then however, she has grown in her faith and resolve of Isabel as a deity.
