Paimonia (pie-mohn-ee-uh)
King Paimonia , the Storm King (a.k.a. Paimon, Bayemon)
Paimonia, the Storm King was one of the Dragon Kings who lived prior to the Flood of Light. One of Lucifer's most loyal followers, he ruled the Sperion Republic via his servants Labal and Abalam from its inception up until The Cataclysm. During the Cataclysm Paimonia would betray Lucifer and join the front lines in defense of mankind; according to legend, Paimonia ended up directly battling his former master for days on end.
Paimonia's betrayal of Lucifer has been cemented into Sperion Republic legend and serves as the foundation for the country's Right to Revolt law. Odic wind is sometimes called Paimonia's Breath by Sperions in honor of their fallen lord.

Holidays
February 14th marks the Heart and Soul Festival in Sperion. A festival for love both romantic and platonic, it falls on the day of the country's founding. Puppets of Paimonia's shards Labal and Abalam are often sold in street markets leading up to and on Heart and Soul Day, and are seen as testaments to his love for humanity.

Special abilities
It was held that he possessed a vast knowledge of sciences, the world, and the winds; in direct counterpart to Furtur, it was noted that Paimonia would always speak the truth.
During the Great Divine War, Paimonia gained control over mathematics, secrets, serpents, astronomy, servitors, and crows.
Paimonia worked closely with the Kings Vephar, Furtur, Naberius, and Haborym in managing Sulheim's weather.
Various sources state that Paimonia knew all affairs of the past and future. Familiars granted to worshippers of Paimonia were known to be particularly keen and adept at teaching their masters. Whether or not Paimonia was aware of his impending death is unknown.
Paimonia was capable of conjuring visions and illusions for those who asked it of him. One story describes Paimonia causing a vision to appear to a traveler who had been pestering him, designed to make the man panic and leave him alone.
