Maiaak Energy

Levix, also known as Maiaaks energy, only emerges from maiaaks. It is the counter to the human's alternative, Livine. All maiaaks are born able to wield levix. However the strength, control, and usage depends on the individual species and individual maiaak. But, as most maiaaks believe strength determines hierarchy, most maiaaks hone their levix ability and sharpen it as much as they can.

Effect

Levix can be transferred into physical conduits. However, most maiaaks, use it to empower themselves, or harness abilities. Some are able to control elements with it, while others can create energy balls from nothing.

Side/Secondary Effects

If used to the extreme, levix can deplete. If so, the user will find themselves exhausted, and maybe even immobile. Recovery time depends on the individual and how much they used.

Manifestation

Ordinary Humans & Magic Users

To the ordinary eye, humans can't perceive the powerup of a maiaak using levix, unless the powerup itself is the danger to come; like a light beam for example. Sadly, this also includes Magic users. Even though they have the ability to control what already exists, they cannot actually see the manifestation of levix. However, they are able to see and sense the change in nature as they charge their levix.

Livine Users & Symseons

Most Symseons, at the very least, can sense a maiaak using levix due to their overall heightened 6th sense. However, aura readers are the closest to being able to actually see the levix being used in action. Being the contradiction of levix, livine users are able to sense and see the charge as an aura surrounding the maiaak as they get ready to attack.

Maiaaks

Other maiaaks are able to easily perceive when another maiaak is powering up or getting ready to release their levix energy. Depending on the strength of the other maiaak, sometimes it can even be sensed in a further location when another powerful maiaak is using their levix.
