Fort Coast

Fort Coast is a fort of the Classe of Orcli strategically placed at the juncture of Orze's channels, across from Iegs Rupp and Keerie.  Boats and crews from the fort are dispatched to patrol and transport troops if needed to Kronnested, Rupsted, Cape Candle, the Comet Keys, and Tied Ieg.

Architecture

Fort Coast is built along the narrow coast, with viewing platforms and cannons located on the mountains behind the fort which rise up to the Mistveil Tablelands.  Its walls are made of black stone and its wooden buildings are often waterproofed with black pitch.  Some grasses and lichen grow on the rooves of buildings.

Geography

Fort Coast juts out onto the coast, whose sandy beach is narrow, unstable, black, and rocky.  The fort itself is built atop a rocky outcropping which has blowholes and tidepools in its ravines, home to anemones and starfish.
