Campus Alliance of Under-Represented Species
A group for under-represented species at the college of Strixhaven--Owlin, Drow, Tabaxi, Tiefling, etc... any species that is typically misunderstood or misrepresented is welcome to this support and outreach alliance.
We, the students of Strixhaven, in recognition of the unique and diverse cultures that comprise our community, hereby establish the Campus Alliance of Unusual Races (CAUR) to promote inclusivity, understanding, and equality for all students, regardless of racial or cultural background.

Culture
CAUR shall organize a variety of activities and programs, including but not limited to:
Cultural festivities and celebrations.
Workshops and discussion panels.
Advocacy and initiatives.
Social events and community-building activities.
Membership is open to all students, faculty, and staff of Strixhaven who support the mission and values of CAUR.
Members shall have the right to participate in all CAUR activities and decision-making processes.
Members are expected to uphold the values of inclusivity, respect, and advocacy in all interactions.
The Executive Board shall consist of a President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary, and Faculty Advisor.
Elections are held annually for a one-year term, with the possibility of re-election for consecutive terms.
Meetings will be held bi-weekly with the Executive Board calling special meetings as needed.
Public Agenda
Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment for students of all races.
Provide a platform for cultural exchange and celebration.
Advocate for equitable treatment and policies within Strixhaven.
Educate the College of Strixhaven and the greater Strixhaven community at large about the unique experiences and contributions of diverse races.

History
The Tabaxi first-year Mist on the River at Dawn created this organization after he was unjustly (?) arrested in town for cheating at cards. He protested mightily, writing a letter to the Strixhaven Star and receiving an apology from the Constabulary and an offer of assistance from the Head Librarian of the town.
