The Voice

A disembodied voice which is able to observe and communicate aloud with mortals from The Land of the Silver Star. It has spoken with many of the prominent members, including Kiede / Samuel, Alain Orlovsky, Kiin, Avarice Skjegge and Ragnar Garess.
The Voice was first noticed when Samuel first entered the Stolen Lands in 4710. It focused its efforts on him for several years before branching out to speaking with others. It seems to enjoy taunting others and picking at their insecurities and flaws.
The Voice claims to have a few dragons as pets.
The Voice seems to be able to suppress Kiede's persona and abilities for extended periods of time (weeks or months).
Samuel is convinced that it can read his mind and intends to cause him great suffering and loss. As others have heard it in the presence of anti-scrying protections, it is clearly a very powerful magic or entity. It was suspected to be Shyka the Many, but Keraak asked them about it at The Inconsequential Debates and Shyka said the voice was simply taunting Samuel for fun, cannot harm him, and that learning its identity would be troublesome.
The Voice's power seems to include impacts to the material plane. It gifted The Constellation a set of interconnected Circlets of Telepathy which Avarice believed to be impossible.
