Misty

A cute, charismatic, literally glowing Halfling who masterminded the Drakeel Werewolf Murders.
Misty originally worked as a farmhand for House Lebeda before working her way up through the ranks. When she heard there was available farmland in Drakeel she traveled south. Upon realizing that the best farmland had already been taken, she attempted to get Frederick to join his farm with hers. She tasked her farmhand, Mimi, with murdering Frederick's farmhands. Saki and Beven were killed and their bodies were brutalized to make it look like they had been mauled by a werewolf.
This caught the attention of the leadership of The Land of the Silver Star and after investigating and determining that the deaths were not caused by a werewolf, they were suspicious of Misty's motives and talked to her. Although she was very convincing in downplaying any connection to the deaths, Ragnar Garess noticed that she was wearing one of Saki's earrings, Degar revealed the truth behind the murders, and Misty was apprehended for the crime.
Having been caught, she made no further effort to conceal her involvement, and she was swiftly executed.
