Kesten Garess
The Warden of The Land of the Silver Star, Kesten is a short man who wears heavy armor.
Formerly the leader of House Garess's military, he was disowned and exiled for having a relationship with a low-born, but still refers to himself as "Kesten of House Garess", and tries to keep up with the happenings in the house. He served under Jamandi Aldori before being recruited by Kiin at the Stolen Lands Coronation. He was offered the job of General but he was skeptical of his abilities, and requested to serve as Warden, or even just in the Ornisk town guards.
Kesten assisted in defeating the Stag Lord's bandits at the Stag Lord's Fort.
As of Calistril 4713, Kesten is dating Kressle.
