Knowledge Pinnacle

The Knowledge Pinnacle is one of the most massive existing Kharis structures, composed of 5 major parts as well as a pinnacle at its top. Each of the parts is surrounded by a floating ring, connected to said part by 8 bridges of intense psionic energy. The floor linked to the ring rotates on itself with it, accentuating the impression of grandeur.

Overview

The major role of this tower of over 800m height is to be a giant and eternal encyclopedia. Its design is such that the rare replacement of one of the components of the structure can be done without any risk.
Each party has its role :

The first part, 260m high, serves as a very general library, with simplified data to facilitate storage and use by everyone. This is also where most literature books can be found.

The second part is the natural "haven", reaching 400 meters high and having directly sun-exposed parts. Here are stored and protected extremely numerous samples from the world of fauna, flora and geology of the universe.

The third part is the storage area for all mathematical, chemical or physical information, innovations and discoveries that do not have known hazardous, dangerous applications are stored. This one measures 20m high.

The fourth part, in contrast to the second, is the floor containing any writing or information concerning the sciences about war, of any importance. Like the previous floor, this one is 80m high.

The fifth part is more like a den of mysteries, since all the theories, questions and imaginations are stored here. It should also be noted that detailed energy information is also maintained here. It measures 40 meters high.

We can also denote the presence of a gigantic underground under the Knowledge Pinnacle, filled with all the false or outdated knowledge, and an old prison...

The Istorkonheim is located at the top of the Knowledge Pinnacle. It's here that the Praetors are finally appointed after the dismissal or death of the previous Praetor. Around this summit, we can find a richly decorated petal of the ruler, with his name engraved on it.
Note also that on these petals, we find a line. This is equivalent to the opinion of the people after the disappearance of the leader's power, being done via an "average" of colors. The Praetors being deposed by the peoples have the outline of the black petal, while those exiled, or imprisoned have an entirely black petal.

Story

On 1860, Domilian directed a radical upgrading work on the Knowledge Pinnacle. This allowed it to gain its actual formation and building way, whereas before it was a common sort of database in shape of an amphitheater surrounding a marble table.

Atkharis Anniversary

To celebrate the 4 000th anniversary of Atkharis, founder of any civilization of the sector, the 26th Praetor ; Khararis'Tan ; wants to raise a huge amphitheater surrounding the Wisdom Pinnacle and organize a summit-level meeting, of every known political forces of the Paranis Sector. A lot of people are against this idea as it would be both a huge money loss and take the risk of damaging the Wisdom Pinnacle, but also possibly frail the already weakened relations of the Pure Kharises with every factions.
