A new company that sits as a rare alliance between corporate interests in the CC and institute interests in the foundation.

Structure

Internally the corporation operates as two entirely separate bodies building black box technology then combining it in one. Each subgroup, Smith Arms on Triton and Shimano Sub-Committee of the Aphrodite Institute of Bio-Mechanics on Venus having it's own structure and leadership.

Culture

Front facing the company is united in presenting an air of excellence and the most cutting edge of technology, a fusion of CC xenophage tech and bioengineering. However underneath the corporation is cutthroat often engaging in corporate espionage, most especially with itself.

History

SSC was born after The Second Wave and in all likely hood would have been formed with the expression interests of tritonmen and foundation desires to steal each others tech. However the profitability and reputation of this alliance proved great, much greater than the largely failing attempts at both sides to steal the others secrets.
