History
A originally formed by fusing state run IPS with the largest private shipping company Northstar. They have continued to operate as a free company since the end of the first wave. Though not the most advanced company by far, they are massive and continue to be. As the UES became weaker, the IPSN began to build its own Lancer Mobile Platforms to defend their shipping lines. Eventually moving into the manufacturing and sale of lancers. Though incorporated on the earth station Northstar, IPSN is seen as a spaceborn first, earth section company.
