Daughter of Edzha Vemežush. Mulkel helped cement the Vemežush Trade group's monopoly, and expanded their operations into the criminal underworld.

As a heir a to the Vemežush Trade group, Mulkel was always aware of the group and their power as she grew up. She was also aware of how precarious their position truly was. Even at ten, when Mulkel was trained in economics, the groups weak point was obvious as the sun above: the trade route. The route had been a source of covert arguments as she grew up, talking around her and eventually at her.
There was only one guarenteed route, and it was only a matter of time before someone, anyone found it. Sure, Edzha hadn't been a fool: the Family had invested in banks and infrastructure to cement their claim. But without the monopoly of the route, that would be all the Vemežush Trade group could ever be.
Mulkel Vemežush became the leader of the group at age 19, in 659. She was no fool, Mulkel knew that the Guild had began expeditions into the desert just last year, and their group's time was limited. As such, her first order of business was expanding and cementing the Vemežush Group's espionage division. Then, as quickly as she could ascertain the loyalty of Illusionists, Mulkel had them sent west to hide the trade route. While one illusionist couldn't hide, a team, three teams even, maybe they would sell that lie as reality.
By her death in 713, Mulkel had eyes and ears in most of the country, and not one eye outside her pay would ever see the route for themselves. The espionage division, was now trained in house, with illusionists as main focus of their repertoire.
