Episode 2: The Hegemony

Plot points/Scenes

Episode 2 changes depending on if you sided with your crewmate (either Ashira Tiur or Kani) or Anaya during the fight in Episode 1: First Command . If you side with your crew you will wake up on Path 1 of the plot (waking on a prison cell floor). If you sided with Anaya though, you will wake up on Path 2 of the plot (Waking up in the Infirmary on the ISS Inanna with Jinu Nikka over you).
The team you chose in Episode 1 has some difference but not to the main flow, just the details like who you talk to and such.
Path 1

You wake in a prison cell, one of your crew next to you. After some discussion of your situation and exploration of your surroundings Ziya walks in and force you and your crewmate to put on collars. Shortly after a Torgin comes in to escort you to a new holding cell.
This holding cell has your engineering crewmember in it, either Samantha or Adam. They have been able to find a weak point in the wall which you three quickly use to escape the cell.
Walking through maintenance tunnels you are eventually found by Tese Guyon, an Aloshan Operative sent here to rescue Anaya and presumably, you.
Tese leads you all to an equipment locker to get some sort of protection and you uncover that there is another Operative being held here, Nali. They are with your other crew-member (either Rin or Rachel. You all go to extract Nali and your lone team member.
Now reunited you all make an escape through the base, and find a group of Torgin, and a Renac, in combat in the cargo bay, presumably with your allies from the Inanna.
After some quick thinking by you and a team member (depending on which class you trained as) you manage to escape and are taken back to safety on the Inanna.

Path 2

You wake to bright lights and Nikka over you in the Infirmary aboard the Inanna. Doctor Oluna gives you a clean bill or health, as does the Captain after she questions you to make sure your mental faculties are intact.
Feeling off after you mission the Captain asks your servant to take you back to your quarters where you black out and fall asleep.
Some time later you awake to your servant doing something (whether it's sexual or not depends on your previous encounters with your Servant). However your servant is not acting like themselves, referring to themselves as 'slave' which is strange.
You later find yourself talking to the Captain about these matters and her responses are actually somewhat odd. She introduces you to Nali, an operative who will be helping you on a new mission.
While on the mission the team you are with (the same team you chose in Episode 1) will have some odd things to say about the location before they venture off on yours and Nali's orders. Nali and you work out that you are in a simulation and attempt to break free.
You awaken again, this time in a sealed tube in a strange location. Next to you, in another tube, is Nali, whom you free from her confines after you escape. You both start to traverse this environment before stumbling across the rest of your team in a corridor, being helped by Tese.
Now reunited you all make an escape through the base, and find a group of Torgin, and a Renac, in combat in the cargo bay, presumably with your allies from the Inanna.
