Geography

Aiella's surface is mostly water. There are very few landmasses and those aren't large enough to sustain any kind of sizeable population. The people adapted by developing the ability to breathe underwater. Parts of the ocean are relatively shallow, but in some places its deep enough for them to have built domed cities. Most prefer the cities that float on the surfaces of the oceans, however.
