Amber Meadow (a.k.a. Shadowmind)

Shadowmind is an arrogant, powerful supervillain. She's attempted to overthrow several governments, and is responsible for the creation of Lilith Carpenter. Widely considered to be among the top tier of supervillains, Shadowmind has hundreds of hidden facilities, creates technology more advanced than most of Earth's, and has an arrogant, scathing attitude.
In civilian life, Amber poses as a university professor for her civilian identity, preferring to teach via online courses.
Some years ago, Shadowmind obtained a sample of Destiny's DNA, which she analyzed. She then began collecting genetic samples from heroes and villains alike, eventually having samples from every very A and S rank hero in the States. She used these in building her 'construct', an enhanced body she originally intended to inhabit herself. She changed her mind and decided to allow the body to become independently conscious, resulting in the creation of Lilith.
After Shadowmind's capture by Crimson Bull and Warden, she was imprisoned in the Nevada Supermax prison under a neural inhibitor. Mental interrogation revealed the existence of her construct but no details. On learning about this, the government offered a a million dollars for information leading to the capture of Shadowmind's last biological weapon, or ten million for her capture.
She keeps a "kill on sight" list. One name on this is Omega Code.
Shadowmind is considered a class S supervillain.

After achieving non-physical form, Amber transferred to another body and allowed her original to die. This resulted in many people considering her dead.
Her new body was created for her by Black Emerald. It is a clone of her original body, with enhanced regeneration abilities.

Following her final encounter with Lilith, Shadowmind was left floating helplessly in the astral with huge chunks of her astral form missing.

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

Amber is pretty enough, in a modest sort of way, with piercing blue eyes, golden blonde hair to the middle of her back, and a painfully thin figure.

Physical quirks

Shadowmind has been crippled since the age of eight, due to the actions of an arrogant, long-dead hero during her childhood. When in civilian guise, she uses a motorized wheelchair.
As Shadowmind, her power armor compensates for her disability and allows her to walk. Most people are unaware of her actual condition.

Special abilities

Shadowmind has powerful psychic abilities, able to read or control the minds of others, create psychic shields, energy bolts, and more. Her abilities are not innately quite as powerful as her classification would indicate, and her inventions help make up for where they fall short, including some which serve to amplify her powers.
Her abilities have proven even more powerful than believed, as Shadowmind has managed to untether herself from her body, and can even transfer her mind to cloned bodies of her own.
