Russel Jones
An engineering graduate student at Paragon State University, Russel Jones recently awakened as a superhuman capable of using plasma-based powers. His full strength hasn't been tested yet, but he's believed to be at least a Class B superhuman. He has a girlfriend named Trish, a fellow engineering student.
He doesn't like being called by his full name and prefers to be called Russ.

Russel recently developed plasma powers that wrecked the engineering building of Paragon State University, powers which appear to be a mixture of red and white flames. He was also capable of flight, but as he didn't have any sense of self control at the time, it is unclear how much power he can channel safely.
