Richard Hunt

In charge of the Hill AFB LANCE Regional Command, Richard Hunt was formerly a lancer, and a fairly skilled soldier. He fell afoul of a bioweapon created by a villain he called Esrid, and can no longer shoot accurately, as his hands shake too much. Richard is relatively easygoing for those not under his command, but is uncompromising in his goal to carry out LANCE's mission.
