Mountain Razor

A mercenary working for the underworld in Paragon City and the surrounding cities, Mountain Razor is a ruthless, powerful villain who has few compunctions about what he's requested to do. He often fakes being unassuming and tries to take care of his tasks subtly, but he is quite willing to fight others directly when necessary.

Mountain Razor is considered a high-end Class B superhuman.

Mountain Razor has extremely high strength and resilience for his classification, as well as being quite quick. He's capable of shrugging off a lot of damage, and can grow claws which can cut through metal, which makes him a dangerous melee combatant.
