Mistwalker

Able to conjure mist in a broad area that can cover many cities, Mistwalker at first seemed to be a minor super at best. However, the handsome man quickly taught villains to respect him when he began to teleport through the very same fog. There’s some speculation as to whether or not Mistwalker can use a pre-existing fog to teleport in this way, but his secondary powers are also very useful, the ability to create extremely realistic illusions when in the fog, to the point that some villains simply refuse to go out when it’s foggy and they suspect Mistwalker is in the area.

Despite this, he is considered only a Class B superhuman.

Special abilities

Mistwalker can conjure a thin mist over an area up to a half-mile across, or he can make an existing mist or fog far more dense in the same area. With minor concentration he can teleport to any location inside his fog, allowing him to rapidly teleport across a city if necessary, and he's able to create realistic illusions in the mist, incorporating both sight and sound, but the figures vanish if touched. He has virtually no improvement to his physical capabilities.
