Halley Moore

The sister of Rachel (Morgan Le Fay), Halley is young, rebellious, and somewhat jealous of her sister's status. It's not known whether she has powers for certain, but she seems to have enhanced strength, according to Circe Prime. She is currently attending college.
Halley is slightly shorter than Rachel. She has multiple piercings along the outer edge of her left ear, and a stud above her right nostril. Her parents are Loretta and Arthur Moore.
