The Third Hand

The Third Hand was a secret organisation run by The Enclave of the North. The Third Hand was set up as a sort of secret police to ensure the stability of the Enclave, removing enemies of the council before they ever have time to become serious threats. The Third Hand was officially disbanded in 1935 by the Grand Councillor at the time, Gorwin Liamoira
