Orleath Coraar

The Orleath Coraar (which roughly translated to 'Orleath Kingdom', although it is often referred to as the Orleath Empire in common) consists of the elven nations of Felmethas, Nilath Elunore and Ilyilone (including the smaller islands in the region).
Each of the three main islands within Orleath will have a king or queen, one of who (usually the ruler of Ilyilone) will take up the title of Sel Cor'Quessir - which roughly translated to 'High King'. The Sel Cor'Quessir technically rules over the entirety of Orleath, but this authority over the other rulers is rarely used.
The ruler of Felmethas usually takes up the role of Grand Councillor of The Enclave of the North due mainly to the region's proximity to the other Enclave nations. This is not considered an enviable role, however. The other rulers within the Orleath Empire treat the Enclave with disinterest, if not outright disdain.
