A district dominated by grand, elven architecture. Many Astral Assembly members base their Tezcan operations here. It is known to be a hub of free thinking, experimentation and the sharing of knowledge, away from the watchful eye of The Enclave of the North.
It is the last location in Ivamis that House Evendew still holds the majority of power in, due to their close ties with the Assembly.
