The more happy Riot seems to be present, the more trouble any non-Black Hat is experiencing.

Riot loves going on raids.

Riot's idea of a great night is an ambush run on the patrol starfighters near a starbase, space station, or starport, followed by a ground assault on the site security forces (if any) as the Black Hats invade the storage facility or armory, followed by a bar brawl in a touristy cantina, followed by a restful night's sleep in her starfighter cockpit as the astromechs of the convoy follow the five-stop path back to Headquarters.

Riot occasionally takes medium-stakes bounties to tide her personal funds over. She prefers "live" bounties purely because she feels that they require greater skill.

All the while, Riot would describe herself as a "good Orange Catholic woman": She did not kill a human, no, she killed their starfighter. She did not lie about her intentions. She wipes the memory and personality matrix of any droid she can access on each intercalary holiday, so that they cannot develop the complexity necessary to mimic "thinking". She tithes faithfully every two months.

Sometimes people try to suggest that there's something "wrong" with Riot.

Those people are probably brainwashed by The Fun Police.

Those people also do not have an invested interest in keeping their kneecaps.
