Personal history
Minsa Sol has been a member of the Eborrean Collective for most of his life. He remembers the ceremony at adolescence where The Voices were placed into him. Ever since, his will and his thoughts have been subservient to the persistent demands of The Voices.
He was aboard a warship in yet another skirmish against the Sith Empire's Ravenguard. The Collective warship took too much damage; the order came to abandon ship, in hope that another Collective ship would have a chance to rescue all lifepods. Or, perhaps, the lifepods would descend to the surface of Yonbiss before the hated enemy could destroy them.
Minsa woke up in the hold of a strange ship.
The Voices were gone.
A Human in blue and grey spoke with him quietly and carefully. She offered conditional hospitality.
One of the conditions was that he must allow the rescued enemy, in a nearby lifepod of the Eternal Sith Empire design, this same opportunity to survive by the same conditional hospitality.
The enemy chose to exit the ship, making his own chances, rather than accept the conditions.
Another of the conditions is that physical nourishment is provided in a facility called "the galley", but no consumption of sentient minds is permitted.
The Human in blue and gray, and the near-Human in crimson and black, have some ideas of a related psychic food source. Perhaps this can be explored after more of the local Galaxy makes some sense?
Minsa has spent several hours in the company of Night Sparrow crew member Zam Ello, who is comfortable both in providing exposition and in companionable silence.
