Port Authority, Blackrock Station

The Port Authority of Blackrock Station is generally staffed by half a dozen Many Manny's, and hosts the Dockies Guild, Shipwrights Guild, and Bounty Office. It is nominally run by Chips, who has an office on the upper floor, but he rarely sees petitioners outside of booked appointments.
It provides the following services:

• Contract Management

• Buying and Selling Cargo

• Buying and selling vessels

• Buying, selling, and leasing property within Blackrock Station

All vessels/organisational relationships with the Port Authority use the renown system from the Dungeon Masters Guide.
