Blackrock Rageskull Barbarians

The barbarian tribes of the Rageskull in Blackrock Cove are more akin to warbands and gangs than general tribes despite academic labels (which they have little awareness of, to the surprise of none).
A fierce rivalry dominates the folk of Rageskull, who trade in slaves, weapons, and even contract themselves out as violent mercenaries to those who are prepared for unhinged results.
Whike some are agnostic, they are generally worshippers of Oblivion, The Untamed, and even some infernal cults, and there are whispers that the current most powerful group, The Skull Hunters, are lead by a powerful warlock and her fierce berserker demon-child.
