Advanced Hydroponics Bay

Prerequisite: Level 9, base cost 2,000 gp.   Facility Rating: 2 (Cramped, 4 5 x 5 ft. squares)   Supply: 1 Nature   Action: Harvest (crew member with loyalty 10+ and proficiency with a Herbalism Kit, or character with proficiency with a Herbalism Kit)     An Advanced Hydroponics Bay holds less plants or fungi than its sibling facility, but they are more specialised in nature.  
Crew Access
While your vessel has an active Advanced Hydroponics Bay, your Sick Bay can treat Fey creatures, and you can recruit crew with the Fey creature type.  
Proficiency
When you perform a Harvest action on the facility if you are proficient with a Herbalism Kit make an wisdom check adding your proficiency bonus against DC 20; if successful you collect an additional amount of goods.  
Install Options
When you use the Install Facility action to install an Advanced Hydroponics Bay, if your vessel has an active Hydroponics Bay the base cost of the Advanced Hydroponics Bay is reduced by 10%.  
Fruit of Restoration
One plant in the Advanced Hydroponics Bay has three magical fruits growing on it. Any creature that eats one of these fruits gains the benefit of a Lesser Restoration spell. Fruits that aren’t eaten within 24 hours of being picked lose their magic. The plant replaces all picked fruits once every twenty four hours, and it can’t be transplanted without killing it.  
Harvest Options
When you use the Harvest Action with this facility, choose one of the following options:   Harvest: Healing Herbs. Create one Potion of Healing made from healing herbs. The harvested items are placed in your cargo.   Harvest: Poison. Extract one application of a poison from rare plants or fungi. Choose the type of poison from the following options: Assassin’s Blood, Malice, Pale Tincture, or Truth Serum. See “Poison” in chapter 3 of the Dungeon Masters Guide for each poison’s effect. The harvested items are placed in your cargo.
