Advanced Leray Wielder
Advanced Leray wielders are wielders who have graduated with Advanced Leray training (level 3 training), increasing the rank on the license card and enabling them to take part in more magic related events such as tougher gradyent battles or the Eldora Tower championships. Advanced wielders have proven they can use a wider variety of spells and battle more effectively than level 1 or 2 wielder ranks, and are thus revered higher because of their expected experience value for combat.
Qualifications
Graduate from any Leray training facility with at least level 3 Advanced magical training, and obtain a Leray License card.
Requirements
Graduate from any Leray training facility with at least level 3 Advanced magical training, and obtain a Leray License card. Also be registered as a lawful citizen of Sprawn Valley.
Duties
To take part in Leray battles against other Leray wielders. Conducting battles in quota is not required, but there are penalties for a wielder who refuses a legal challenge to a Leray battle against another registered Leray wielder. Advanced wielders are expected though not required to take on tougher opponents with ranks closer to their own.
Responsibilities
Maintain the honor and sport of Leray battles, becoming stronger everyday to achieve some sort of personal goal.
Benefits
Leray wielders have the benefit battling against other Leray wielder for money, as well as using Leray magic spells in general (any that are destructive in nature). Additionally, an Advanced Leray wielder is the minimum rank required to take part in the championship battles, or the catalyst grove at Eldora Tower, and is eligible to immediately become a tower elite or even the champion from their current rank. Some Leray gradyents often require this status as a minimum requirement just to conduct a gradyent battle, preventing many basic or intermediate (level 2) wielders from crossing certain routes into other zones.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
Wielders who are penalized by excessive refusal to battle by obtaining too many digital strikes will be suspended from taking part in battles, with the duration of each suspension exceeded each time. If suspended four or five times, a Leray wielder may have his or her license revoked. Wielders who break the law may also have their status revoked, following imprisonment if the crime is big enough. There is however no time limit on how often a wielder should battle.
History
Initially, any wielder was allowed to take part in the events of Eldora Tower and gradyent battles. But since basic and level 2 wielders most often provided little challenge or sport, many of the higher ranking wielders thought such a system would make most battles too boring, so the ranks and rank requirements were created and implemented deeper into the school systems to drive up the competition.
Cultural Significance
Leray wielders set the commonly observed example for the brightest parts of Sprawn Valley, the reason why others want to become interested in Leray magic.
