Known as an adventurer one can trust, Radomira wanders from place to place, seeking wrongs to right and people in need to help. Most people acknowledge that she is gruff and only charming when she needs to be to get something, but she is generous and willing to give a hand. Clever and keen-eyed, she had defeated many a bandit or monster and brought safety to many. So people accept that she can be a bit rough around the edges.   What most people don't know, what Radomira never advertises, is that she's only in the business of heroics because of fear. Over a decade ago, she was a cruel raider leading a gang of heartless thugs, murdering merchants and travelers alike for their money. This all ended when they picked the wrong targets, earning Radomira a dead gang and the ire of the divine.   After a long chase, the goddess Maya caught her, allowing her to live only in exchange for her doing good in the world until she died. The terrified Radomira agreed and is now stuck adventuring until the day death claims her. Still, seeing the happiness she brings has started to warm her heart, but she's a long way of from genuinely caring. For now, it is her fear of being eaten by a giant snake deity that motivates her to be good rather than any desire to be kind.

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

Radomira is in excellent shape. A bit wiry, but with a solid constitution that allows her to stay on the move for a long time.

Special abilities

After her defence of Coramos, Maya decided to reward her with a boon. This granted the human the ability to spray venom from her mouth, mimicking certain species of snakes.

Apparel & Accessories

Likes wearing hoods and other covering clothes. It helps her mitigate her phobia by making her feel less watches.

Personal history

Born to a poor family in Vastiaria, Radomira learnt from early on that the only way to get anything was by taking it. She became quite the bully in her village, gathering a band of other children to steal from stores, threaten other kids out of what little they had and so on. Her parents did nothing to stop her, as her shenanigans did get them a bit extra income. Any admonishment from the townguard was met by a shrug and a reply that they were too busy. Growing up, Radomira transitioned smoothly into banditry. She gathered a gang and learnt the ways of the wild. She'd ambush caravans, lure lone travelers into traps and generally became a terror on the highways, killing who she could and taking whatever they had.   This all changed in 2975 AIT. Her and her gang located what looked like a well-stocked caravan with barely any guards. Her gang surrounded it and prepared to butcher the travelers as per usual. A man is dusty clothes warned them to turn around, but Radomira was used to threats and ordered the attack. This would prove a mistake, as unbeknownst to her, two deities had taken an interest in the caravan. The Walker and Maya. Within seconds, what had looked like easy pickings turned into massacre, the Walker reducing her thugs to dust and Maya revealing her ophidian glory to consume her followers. Realizing that everything was going wrong, Radomira did the only thing she could as her gang was annihilated. She ran. Once Maya was done with the attackers, she left the travelers in the hands of her fellow deity and initiated pursuit, planning on finishing the job. But the goddess found Radomira to be surprisingly good at giving her the slip. Numerous times, only her divine powers allowed her to find the trail the frightened marauder had left behind. Over rivers, through tunnels, across mountain ranges the chase went, eventually resulting in the two jumping from sphere to sphere. Yet Maya was a tireless pursuer and eventually, she cornered the human. Yet by then, she had grown to admire Radomira's skill and persistence. So she offered her forgiveness if Radomira would dedicate the rest of her life to do good by others as she had once sought to harm them. Radomira, realizing that she could either agree or die, accepted the offer.

Up until her meeting with Maya and the Wanderer, she was a bandit. Afterwards, she became a travelling adventurer, living off what others are willing to give her.

Accomplishments & Achievements

Aiding the defense of the town of Coramos in 2982 AIT, where she helped protect it from an invading army for three days until reinforcements came, sustaining many injuries in the process. Maya herself congratulated her for that performance.

Failures & Embarrassments

Radomira still remember that fateful night in 2975 AIT with dread. Seeing every single member of her gang destroyed by the two divinities is a regular feature of her nightmares.

Mental Trauma

Being witness to two deities erasing her gang and then being chased across several spheres by an angry goddess has left Radomira with a bad case of theophobia. Clerics and divine beings alike trigger panic attacks, the worst cases of which can send her into flashbacks of being chased by Maya, which often results in her suddenly running off and hiding.

Intellectual Characteristics

Though she lacks an education, Radomira is sly, observant and has a natural charm that enables her to disarm those she meets. She's good at improvising solutions and has a keen eye for detail.

Morality & Philosophy

From childhood, she learnt that the world would give her nothing if she couldn't take it. She took a dim view on others, seeing other people mostly as either tools or targets. Being forced into heroics has slowly changed her view, but she still sees the world as an inherently cruel and merciless place. Only now, she has started wondering if that is wrong.

Taboos

Once upon time, didn't have any. But after her encounter, she takes Maya's religious taboos very serious, if only to stay in the deity's good graces.

She is very charming, though it is all surface level. She was never good at forming deep bonds and quite frankly would have no idea what to do if anyone could get past her gruff exterior.

Radomira has very little wealth, investing as much as she can into others, often giving to beggars or the poor. She does keep enoguh from her rewards to keep herself supplied, with extra for the road in case of the unexpected.
