Eicaro
The capital of the myrrans is a jungle world that is located quite a distance from Republican territory, the only humans who set foot there are the diplomatic personnel of the embassy. The information therefore almost all comes from the Union authorities. Eicaro has a tropical climate on all of its surface from the denser atmosphere of the planet. Although being an important political, military and administrative center, the planet is far from being the economic center of the Union. The most important economic centers are the four planets where the headquarters of the four large corporations are located, each of which manages a part of the Union.
Demographics
The most important city on the planet is Itaku, the planetary capital and the seat of the various federal institutions of the Union. The rest of the population who is fully myrran is concentrated in many cities of different size all around the planet. Although not on the planet itself, diplomatic personnel belonging to other species from other states in the galaxy are present in Eicaro's orbit in the embassies there.
Government
The planet is headed by a governor who is elected by the population, the planetary institutions are located in the city of Itaku. This city also accommodates the federal institutions of the Union in particular the offices of the Chancellor, the Parliement and the Senate which represents respectively the planets of the confederation and the four corporations.
Defences
Like all myrrans planets, Eicaro has an Orbital Defense System (ODS) which is made up of several orbital cannons used to support Union Navy vessels in the event of an attack. The planet also has many military bases in orbit around the planet which serve as an anchor point for many Union Navy vessels.
Industry & Trade
The planet is an industrial center of average importance within the Union, in particular in the production of goods for the population, this industry is the main one on the planet. The planet is however not a major commercial center, a commercial route passes nearby but the commercial vessels do not bother to pass by Eicaro because it would make them a detour. The planet is therefore a major exporter of goods and maritime products from these seas, the planet also import very little, which means that commercial traffic is mainly outgoing.
Infrastructure
The myrrans use supersonic trains to travel between different cities on the planet. The planets have three spaceports, so the largest is located in Itaku. Three orbital stations serve as anchor points for ships that cannot land on the planet, the planet also contains several military bases on its surface and in orbit for military vessels.
Architecture
Even if the myrrans still use some modern materials such as glass, they have a strong culture oriented towards nature. Indeed, the large trees and the lush vegetation of their planets prompted them to use the elements of nature as architectural elements. Because of this, a good portion of their cities are usually built directly into the trees of their home planet, even if they still construct buildings. The materials used are, however, most of the time, made from their environment, which gives the impression that these buildings are an extension of the trees. The bases of trees are for example drilled to build houses or bark interspersed with stained glass elements is added to the building to make roofs. The urban surfaces are also paved but while leaving a large place for lawns, the myrrans having not adopted clothes whose shoes as social standards are not adapted to their physiognomy.
Geography
The planet has a relatively flat terrain even if large mountain ranges exist, the particular characteristic of this one are the huge trees which grow on their surface due to the greater concentration of oxygen on the planet. The oceans cover a good part of the planet is 70% and it is devoid of large continental masses like the Earth. Rather, it is made up of multiple small continents that are separated by small seas.
Natural Resources
The planet is rich in maritime resources because of these multiple inland seas which are ideal for the development of maritime life, the multiple native fish species of the planet are therefore very popular within the Zelvan Council. The planet also has deposits rich in minerals of all kinds which are also exported to the Zelvan Council, but maritime products clearly dominate exports.
