Crystalin City
Crystalin City is a city in Mainland, commonly called Crystalin or CCity, located at the eastern side of Mainland, it's one of the most advanced city in Papiliosidus where the Nightingale Corperation H.Q. is and also the home to Ku.
Crystalin is well known for not only it's technological advancements but also it'a luxurious and expensive houses and from afar, one may think of it as a mountain of crystals rather than a city with it shining in the dark distance.

Government
The city is ran by the Prefect of Crystalin which is currently Ku Nightingale the current CEO of Nightingale Corperation, the prefect has the police force of the town, 5% of the Royal Army and the Internal Council at their disposal, they are ultimately in charge and has the trust of the current ruler to administrate a whole town. Prefects are appointed by said ruler and also part of a branch of the Royal Council. Taxation is given to each town depending on the average earnings of the whole town.
Industry & Trade
Nightingale Cooperation is one of the most popular and well-know billion dollar companies known for producing teleporters and has also owned one of the best hospitals and richest hotel in Papiliosidus. They hire Engineers, Scientists, Secretaries etc.
Infrastructure
There are factories built at the corners of the city, though fairies do not get effected by the air pollution it does effect the pegasus and trees also water hence why they are put away from these things.

History
Crystalin City is one of the cities given to the Idems by the Dark Country, one of the oldest footholds, it used to be just a tower with a well, now the Nightingale HQ and the Pure Water factory respectively.
Natural Resources
Subcinctum, Iron, Coal, Platinum, Gold and Silver can be found at the bottom of the city, mined by Nightingale mines. Farms are made on the outskirts of the city, where they sell fruits and vegetables.

I found the detailed breakdown of demographics interesting, it gives off a sense of an overly bureaucratic system. However, within just this article I struggled to discern if it is a good or bad place, could you elaborate?
Well it depends on the race of fairy and what the fairy is looking for, let's say the fairy wants a nice paying job, this is the best place to be, it's rather expensive to live here though so it might be inconvenient for someone who wants cheap accommodation. According to the demographics, the number of Patrias has decreased a lot probably because of the increase of factories or maybe they don't like the current prefect lol, Idems are also decreasing but that's mostly because either they love to travel now that they are known and allowed into other countries now that they an official country themselves or move to some other village or city due to the expenses or again, they don't like the Prefect lol
