Subcinctum
Subcinctum is a self replicating and transporting element that is used in teleportation technology, using metal and highly pressured air. It used to be only used on papers and small animals due to the limited amount of element it has in the universe but after the fairies discovered the universe, they manage to use the Tekli ore to replicate one of each precious minerals, gems and elements and send them to Papiliosidus where the Nightingale Corperation started to replicate it and use it in their technology.
Subcinctum in latin means 'shift'

It has a shiny dark blue hue, it doesn't glow unless it is in its pure form which is in liquid form, in solid form, it's has plastic-like feel and look to it.
